Since boudoir is so intimate and personal, I want to protect your privacy as much as possible. It’s as important to me as it is to you. I have in place a policy and certain safeguards, which are listed below to make sure that your photos, or any other personal information, are protected and don’t end up where they are not suppose to be.
All communication (phone, email, text, etc.) will be kept confidential. I will never disclose the identity of my clients or the names of those in my photos unless it is ok by the client. No names will ever be associated with any of the photos I take, whether or not they are showcased on the website.
I do in person proofing and ordering sessions. If a client is from out of town you have the option of proofing your photos online. If you choose to proof your photos online, then you can further protect your identity by using a fake name or your initials or just your first name to label your gallery. Your gallery will also be password protected so once photos are in the gallery, they can only be seen by you.
I also take the time to secure your personal information, such as your address, email, phone number, or payment information. This information is never given away or sold to any third parties, and is safeguarded to prevent identity theft.
Use of Images on Website
All of the images used on my website are used with explicit permission from the client. You have the right to keep all images private and to not allow their use on the website at any time. I will never use a photo without your consent, and I will only use the photos after a model release form has been signed.
Please contact me if you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding my policy or safeguards. I want to make sure that you are comfortable with the entire boudoir photography process!
